ur. 1977 r., amerykańska pisarka i dziennikarka. Ukończyła Cornell University. Przez rok włóczyła się z plecakiem po świecie, odwiedzając m.in. Europę, Izrael, Egipt, Tajlandię, Indie i Nepal. Po powrocie do USA podjęła pracę w prestiżowym magazynie mody „Vogue”, a następnie w czasopiśmie podróżniczym „Departures”; uczestniczyła też w warsztatach literackich. Swoją szefową z „Vogue’a”, Annę Wintour, sportretowała jako Diabła w opublikowanej w 2003 roku powieści Diabeł ubiera się u Prady, która okazała się światowym bestsellerem. Powodzenie debiutanckiej [>>] książki przełożyło się na sukces jej filmowej adaptacji z Meryl Streep i Anne Hathaway w rolach głównych. Oprócz Diabła…, Weisberger ma w swoim dorobku pięć powieści: Portier nosi garnitur od Gabbany, W pogoni za Harrym Winstonem, Ostatnia noc w Chateau Marmont, Zemsta ubiera się u Prady, Gra singli oraz najnowszą When Life Gives You Lululemons, która w USA ukazała się latem 2018 roku.
