Connelly, Michael
Czołowy amerykański autor powieści kryminalnych. Studiował dziennikarstwo na University of Florida, tam też uległ fascynacji prozą Raymonda Chandlera. Po studiach pracował jako reporter specjalizujący się w sprawach kryminalnych. W 1992 roku ukazała się jego pierwsza książka Czarne , która zdobyła prestiżową Edgar Allan Poe Award w kategorii Debiut. Connelly napisał ponad 20 powieści, m.in.
